We want you to love every piece from Legacy Luxe Essentials. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags are attached
  • Items are in original packaging
  • Items are free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any stains
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@legacyluxeessentials.com with subject line: RETURN – Order #[your order number]
  2. Include your reason for return and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Securely pack items and ship to our returns address provided in the RMA email
  5. Ship within 7 days of receiving the RMA number

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs in full
  • Change of Mind / Size Exchange: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • US Customers: We provide a prepaid return label for defective items (cost deducted from refund for change-of-mind returns)
  • International Customers: Responsible for all return shipping costs and any duties/taxes

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 3–5 business days):

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Store Credit Option: Prefer store credit? We’ll add an additional 10% bonus to your refund value when you choose store credit instead of a cash refund.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours (subject to availability). To exchange:

  1. Follow the return process above and note you want an exchange
  2. Specify the new size/colour you want
  3. If the exchange item is higher in value, we’ll send a payment link for the difference
  4. If lower, we’ll refund the difference

We recommend placing a new order immediately to secure your preferred item, as stock is limited.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@legacyluxeessentials.com
  2. Attach clear photos of the damage and packaging
  3. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
  3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  4. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@legacyluxeessentials.com

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders may have already been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately at support@legacyluxeessentials.com and we will do our best to intercept the shipment.
