Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $1000. We ship to 150+ countries with trusted global carriers.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via:
- The tracking link in your confirmation email
- Your account dashboard at legacyluxeessentials.com
- Directly on the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS)
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict these costs — please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Legacy Luxe Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Address corrections after order placement may delay shipping.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Legacy Luxe Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
- Requiring a signature upon delivery (contact us before ordering)
- Shipping to a secure address such as a workplace
- Filing a claim with the carrier if your package is lost in transit
For packages lost in transit (not yet delivered), contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
