All transactions on Legacy Luxe Essentials are secured with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Buy Now Pay Later: Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, Afterpay (where available)
- Bank Transfer: Available for orders over $500 — contact us
2. Payment Security
Our website is PCI DSS compliant. All payment data is processed through:
- Stripe — for card payments (never stores card numbers on our servers)
- PayPal — fully encrypted via PayPal’s secure infrastructure
- Apple/Google Pay — tokenised payment — we never receive your actual card number
3. Currency & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in USD by default
- Currency conversion (if offered) is for display purposes only — your card is charged in USD
- Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees for non-USD cards
- Prices include applicable US sales tax where required by law
4. Order Authorisation
When you place an order, your payment method is pre-authorised (reserved). The charge is only captured when your order is confirmed and ready to ship. Pre-authorisation holds typically expire in 5–7 days if not captured.
5. Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)
Installment payment options are subject to approval by the BNPL provider. Terms, interest rates, and eligibility vary by provider and your location. Legacy Luxe Essentials is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by BNPL providers.
6. Payment Failures
If your payment is declined:
- Check that your card details are entered correctly
- Ensure your billing address matches your card records
- Contact your bank — some banks block international or online transactions by default
- Try an alternative payment method
- Contact us at support@legacyluxeessentials.com for assistance
7. Fraud Prevention
We use automated fraud detection systems to protect our customers. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may require additional verification (e.g. ID confirmation) before processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud without liability.
8. Invoices & Receipts
A full order receipt is emailed to you automatically upon successful payment. You can also access invoices anytime from your account dashboard. For business customers requiring formal invoices with VAT/tax details, contact support@legacyluxeessentials.com.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe an unauthorised charge has been made, contact us immediately at support@legacyluxeessentials.com before initiating a chargeback. We will resolve genuine issues quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
